Round beach towels trend
Its officially summer! That means its time to start thinking about the holiday essentials you need to buy. These round towels will have you looking chic on the sand. Etsy have a great section, but Penneys/ Primark are also set to stock them soon (if not already).
Makeup baking trend
This new makeup technique is the latest after contouring. The idea behind the concept is to pack on lots of powder to certain areas of the face, leave on and let it “bake” before brushing the excess off. Here’s a great step by step guide if you want to try it out.
Bomber jacket trend
The bomber jacket isn’t exactly a new trend, its been around for a few months now but with the weather starting to warm up I think we will see them a lot more, in different patterns and textures. I love the metallic satin style bombers like the rose gold one I’m wearing below from Miss Guided. But floral pattens are also beginning to pop up everywhere in time for summer.
From left to right:
New Look Petite Block Bomber Jacket (Blue & white): €39.42
MissGuided reversible metallic bomber jacket black (black & gold): €49.00
MissGuided petite satin two tone bomber jacket camel (Rose gold): €49.00
Buying & selling your clothes
I have always liked the idea of buying and selling clothes second hand clothes. It’s such a smart way to get rid of unwanted items and then afford to buy new ones, rotating your closet on a regular basis. I have always admired those who manage to find great second hand pieces but I presumed it took a lot of effort and time.
I recently came across Siopaella in Temple Bar, Dublin. They have two stores beside each other, one for high street items and one for designer. The high street shop was jam packed with amazing second hand gems. Everything was in great condition and could easily pass as being brand new. It obvious the store is very selective on what they try to resell. I’m on the look out for more store like Siopaella so let me know of your favourites in the comments below!
I bought this MissGuided long blazer jacket for just €26 euro in Siopaella.
I don’t tend to have much time to go shopping so I’m a big fan of doing it online, so the Depop app has really taken my interest lately! You can buy and sell clothes in minutes and manage purchase’s and sales safely. I have put some clothes on it recently to try it out. Everything I have put up is in perfect condition as most of it has only been worn once.
Have a look to see if there is anything you like!
I’ll also include free shipping if you tell me you came from my website 🙂
